Reservations 🌿 Our Café Bar is generally walk-in only. Table reservations available with $25 PayID deposit to thegeorgetas@gmail.com. Deposit will be deducted from bill on the day. No-shows forfeit the deposit. Reserved tables held for 15 minutes.

Eight years ago, the owners started dreaming of a different kind of life.
After decades in corporate careers, they longed for a place where life regained meaning and time slowed down. Somewhere they, their children and others could pause, breathe deeply and reconnect—with nature, with each other, and with themselves.
Then they found Mount George.
Standing high above where the Tamar Estuary meets Bass Strait, with endless skies and breathtaking views in every direction, they knew from that very first visit they’d found something truly extraordinary.
